There are no fees associated with reviewing resumes or interviewing candidates. Once you interview our candidates and decide to make them an offer, we earn 20% of the starting salary as a placement fee - once the candidate starts work.
We are in partnership with you to assist your company in finding the best possible candidate to hire. We use your hiring process and they are your employee (once hired). But sometimes the wrong candidate says all the right answers and gets hired... only to under-perform. We try hard to avoid this; but it can happen. If there is a separation (for any reason) within the first 90 days, we will replace that person at no additional cost.
Payment is due 30 calendar days from the candidates first day of employment. If alternate terms are needed, we can adjust to fit your needs - at a higher placement fee percentage.
