WE DO IT ALL

There are no fees associated with reviewing resumes or interviewing candidates. Once you interview our candidates, make them an offer, AND they start work, we earn 18% of the starting salary as a placement fee (assuming electronic payment).

We are in partnership with you to assist your company in finding the best possible candidate to hire. We use your hiring process and they are your employee (once hired). But sometimes the wrong candidate says all the right answers and gets hired... only to under-perform. We try hard to avoid this; but it can happen. If there is a separation (for any reason) within the first 90 days, we will replace that person at no additional cost.

Payment is due 20 calendar days from the candidates first day of employment. We also offer discounts for early payments (2% / 10 days) when using ACH or Credit Card.

We have spent several years fine-tuning our recruitment pricing - to be in line with industry standards, to give our customers the best possible price, and to fairly compensate our recruiters for their efforts in an at-risk environment.
